Peter Delmas (born February 16, 1990) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. He is currently enrolled at the University of Western Ontario. ==Playing career== Delmas was selected by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2nd round (61st overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. He played major junior hockey in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). On December 6, 2008, whilst with the Lewiston MAINEiacs, Delmas scored a goal to become the third goaltender in the history of the QMJHL to score a goal. Upon completion of his junior career, Delmas' NHL rights were relinquished by the Colorado Avalanche, and he was invited to the Montreal Canadiens training camp of 2010. He was signed to an AHL contract with the Canadiens AHL affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs for the 2010–11 season, splitting time between the AHL and ECHL. On May 7, 2011, Delmas was signed to a three-year two-way contract with the Montreal Canadiens. Whilst assigned to the Hamilton Bulldogs in each of the first two seasons under contract to Montreal, Delmas played the majority of the season as the Wheeling Nailers starting goaltender in the ECHL. In the 2013–14 season, entrenched on the Canadiens depth chart, Delmas was reassigned to non-affialiate the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL.
